The Seahawks home opener was March 14th, and it was one for the books with Wilmington coming out on top, a final score of 16-3.

The game showcased a Seahawks offense that was off the charts strong. In just the first quarter, the Seahawks built a lead of 6-0. Landon Parker started off the scoring with the first goal of the night and ended with three goals and three assists. His teammates praise him as a skilled mid-fielder and say he is always ready to play. One of assists went to freshman, Zach Miller, leading to his first goal of the season. Miller detailed his emotions in his first outing, "I was a bit nervous having to step into midfield, but thanks to my teammates I felt more comfortable and confident playing alongside them." Dylan Bryson also gave the Seahawks an advantage by scoring three goals.

Jake, Cooper, and Sai are all new players this season, and they've added a lot to the team with their constant energy and effort. Freshman goalie, Luke Barnett ended the game with 12 saves rounding out a solid defense performance allowing only three goals.

Dylan Bryson also gave the Seahawks an advantage by scoring three goals. In the second, Jake Jackson started with a bang, bringing the score to 7-0. As a transfer from York College, Jake uses a strategic mindset to help keep the Seahawks on top. He also makes sure that everyone on offense gets the chance to have a spotlight moment.

This wasn't just the Seahawks' home opener; it was also transfer Sai Lengade's first game after being injured. Scoring two goals in the third quarter, he brought the score to 11-1.

Cooper Legato was another consistent scorer for the Seahawks. With the game all but decided, Cooper laced a behind-the-back goal that brought the crowd to their feet making the final score 16-3.

After a spectacular home opener for the Seahawks they hope to carry momentum into the last month of the regular season.
